チキンステーキ Chicken steak



A healthy chicken steak is popular mainly with ladies. Of cause it is major menu item of izakaya.
The more I remember the crisp roasted chicken skin and juicy meat, the more I have increse my appetite.

The sauce of it and the way to cook is varied. For example, Japanese sauce with Japanese white radish or tomato sauce with melting cheese, and Teriyaki sauce (marinated in sweet soy sauce and grilled). The most famous way in izakaya is Teriyaki. But speaking personally, I think it’s not easy to throw away the sauce that is full of salty green onion from my mind.

A roasted cabbage is basic garnish for chicken steak. Sometimes with the mashed potatoes or roasted onions.
