You can enjoy charcoal-grilled “Sasuke”, finest pork in Japan, and other charcoal-grilled vegetables.
When you open the door of our restaurant, you will see a strange hide-out world surrounded by ivy. You will be greeted by our extensive range of shochu and pots. If you look at the counter, you may see an iron pot on charcoal. This is stewed giblets, simmered for hours. “Oridzume Sangen-ton Sasuke pork”, which was made by 3 generations, is white as snow, light and sweet fat, very delicate and juicy. We grill it on high charcoal fire. Ichibanjio (salt that is not salty) melts well with the meat and gives you an excellent taste.
